At “Everything for Artists” we believe in being as helpful to our clients as possible. As a result, we have a liberal cancellation policy. In case of cancellation, prior to the client’s approval of the product, we will issue a full refund, under this policy:
-Cancellations are permitted from the moment an order has been placed. However, the cancellation request will not be accepted if the final proof of the product has already been approved by you. -In the case of digitally delivered products, you can cancel your order as long as you have not yet approved the final proof. Bear in mind that in case of cancellation, you are unauthorized to make any use of the product previously sent to you for proofing.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, either durable or non-durable, please report the problem to our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving the product. Cancellation will only be confirmed once the merchant has checked and determined that the circumstances at his end are compatible with the account given by the customer.
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service within 3 days of receiving the product. After looking into your complaint, the Customer Service team will make a decision based on the particular facts of the case.
